The Enormous Power of Micro-Habits: A Foolproof Method for Building Habits!

A study by Duke University shows that approximately 45% of our behaviour stems from habits. As habits are actions we repeat day in, day out, the cumulative effect of this constant repetition is incredibly powerful. Rather than doing a great deal in a single day, doing a little bit every day has a greater impact. This is because completing a small task each day, when accumulated over time, forms a lifelong, ingrained habit.
